National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) the ?Purchaser? a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids from the eligible firms / bidders, on basis of International Competitive Bidding (ICB), through Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) Procedure for supply of following Goods. LOT-I: Procurement of 500kV Circuit Breakers. LOT-II: Procurement of 500kV Disconnectors. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, qualification criteria, Lot Details etc. are available at the following address given below, during office hours. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by courier service for an additional fee of Rs. 2,000/- for domestic delivery. No. liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. The document can also be downloaded from NTDC website www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost, however the purchase of document is mandatory for participation. The foreign Bidders having no representation in Pakistan, shall remit well in advance of the deadline for submission of Bids along with written application, an amount of US$ 150 (US Dollars One Hundred Fifty only) or an equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency through pay order, bank draft of banker?s/ cashier?s cheque in favor of Chief Engineer (MP&M), NTDC so that Bidding Document may be sent to the prospective bidders expeditiously without assuming any responsibility for delay, if any, occurring in respect of the Documents by them. 5. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must reach at the office of Chief Engineer MP&M, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road Lahore - Pakistan on or before 11:00 AM, Pakistan Standard Time on 17th May, 2024.
